At Sunday night's Super Bowl, keep an eye out for 10-year-old Hunter Paulin. As 2013's NFL Play 60 Super Kid, he will present the game ball to an official right before the game begins.
Hunter is a Washington Redskins fan who was born with some heart defects. That means he has to be creative about how he exercises, but he still loves to be active with his family.
Hunter was one of thousands of kids who entered the NFL PLAY 60 Super Bowl Contest, sponsored by the NFL and Quaker Oats. To be eligible to win, Hunter pledged to be active for 60 minutes a day. He also answered questions about his commitment to being healthy, how NFL players inspire him to be fit (his favorite is Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III), how his family stays active and healthy and how eating right helps to power his play.
Year-round, NFL PLAY 60 challenges kids to get active for 60 minutes a day. Visit NFLRUSH.com for tips from NFL pros and ways kids can help their community be more active.
