My Review I have really enjoyed the Lose It App. It is simple but effective. You simply log your meals and exercise via the app or online. It prompts you and provides you a running countdown to how many calories you have yet to take in. It also has one of the best databases of foods and calories I've used.
Platform iPhone is how I access it mostly.
