My Review

This DVD features Biggest Loser trainer Bob Harper as the instructor and past Biggest Loser contestants as the participants/demonstrators. I like that you can customize the workout. There is a 5-min. warm-up, then 20 min. of level 1 yoga, 15 min. of level 2, 10 min. of level 3, and a 5-min. cool-down. You can do them all or mix them up to make the workout more challenging, shorter, or longer.

Some of it is pretty traditional vinyasa yoga. Then in the higher levels Bob adds some weights or the heavy water ball to make the poses more difficult. This is kind of a nice change but if you are a yoga purist you might not like it. The demonstrators don't add a whole lot. If you like watching "real people" in workout videos you'll like this. But if you'd rather see professionals only then you should probably choose a different video.

You can turn the instruction off and just listen to music if you want.
