My favorite way to exercise is

Treadmill walking

My typical weekly routine is

I walk on my treadmill for one hour per day, five days a week (on average)

How I got started

I got my first treadmill July 11, 1996 (am currently on treadmill #3). I got my treadmill after I was almost sexually assaulted while walking in the real world.

Why I love it

I can listen to music on earphones while walking. I am trying to avoid developing cancer (like my mother had, from age 55 to 61, whereupon she died), or heart disease as my father had (he stroked out and died at age 87).

Advice
