Girls as young as 6 or 7 are showing signs of beginning puberty. Sometimes this can be associated with overweight or obesity. No matter the cause, premature puberty can cause long-lasting consequences for kids--and a healthy diet and lots of exercise can help alleviate some of those concerns.
